Dear students and lecturers of Northern University
Anna Astvacaturyan Terqot, an American-Armenian writer, public figure, activist, Vice President of the Westbrook City Council of the US will deliver an open lecture (via ZOOM platform) on September 25, 2020, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The topic of the lecture is “The situation of the Armenians of Artsakh from the point of view of human rights and international law. The Armenians of Baku - forgotten refugees, the political support of the Armenian Diaspora to Artsakh”.
The language of the lecture is Russian.
To maintain the interactivity of the lecture and to ensure a high level of online communication, the number of the participants is about 60.
