Northern University continues to actively participate in the Erasmus+ mobility program…

Northern University continues to actively expand its international engagement within the European Higher Education Area through participation in Erasmus+ mobility programmes. Academic staff mobility plays an important role in strengthening institutional partnerships, improving governance practices, and facilitating the exchange of experience in education, research, and international cooperation. In this context, the Erasmus+ programme serves as a key platform for professional dialogue, institutional learning, and the development of sustainable cooperation with European partner universities.

Within the framework of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility, Lusine Fljyan, Prof. Dr., Vice-Rector for Research and Internationalization at Northern University, and Meri Ayvazyan, Dean of the Faculty of Philology and Pedagogy, have started their mobility at University of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain. The visit features a comprehensive agenda aimed at familiarizing participants with achievements at both university and faculty levels, as well as discussing the Spanish university’s experience across several areas.

One of the key objectives of the visit is to strengthen institutional cooperation, exchange best practices in higher education management, and explore opportunities for further academic and international collaboration. The programme encompasses meetings with university leadership and academic representatives.
