Within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project “Fostering Socially Distanced and Inclusive On-Campus Education in Armenian Higher Education Institutions” (eCAMPUS), we are announcing an open competition to select an external evaluation expert to assess the project’s results over its two-year implementation period.

Responsibilities

The selected expert will be responsible for:

• Evaluating the results achieved during project implementation in relation to the project’s objectives, indicators, and planned outcomes.
• Assessing the project’s impact on the institutional development of partner universities, beneficiary organisations, and the Armenian higher education system.
• Analysing the sustainability of project results and their potential for long-term application.
• Preparing an external evaluation report, including conclusions, recommendations, and observations aimed at further improvement.
• Where necessary, reviewing project materials, participating in consultation meetings, and conducting surveys of project participants.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

• Professional experience in the higher education sector.
• Knowledge of modern approaches to teaching and learning, including digital and technology-enhanced education.
• Experience in implementing EU-funded projects, particularly Erasmus+ CBHE projects.
• Experience in project evaluation will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
• At least three years of experience in project management and/or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

• Documents certifying participation in Erasmus+ and other international projects, where applicable.

• Completion of work: 30 November 2025
• Submission of the final evaluation report: 14 December 2026
